Our task

Together with our partner Ambra s. a., we tackled the verification and improvement of the registration and login process for the KOCHAM WINO application. We optimized the existing process in terms of usability and streamlined the registration process to increase the number of entries. In addition, in terms of supporting the promotion of the app and the wine club, we created a dedicated Landing Page that not only presented the advantages of using the app, but also informed people about the various unveilings of the loyalty program and allowed them to sign up for events.

Challenge

To optimize the registration and login process, we had to examine it with our expert audit. The results of this study determined the shape of the UX mock-ups. These mock-ups were the cornerstone of our UI designs, created by adapting an interesting colour scheme and incorporating our original collages. The landing page we created made it easy for a new user to learn about the KOCHAM WINO offer, find the application page in the shop and discover events of the KOCHAM WINO programme, which the user could sign up for using a simple form. For our client, it was important to dress the whole site up with the air of a lifestyle aesthetic.

Achievements

We simplified the registration process, maintaining all of our client's requirements and adhering to the age verification requirements necessary to present wine information. We created a unique Landing Page that not only presents the most important information for the potential customer but also aesthetically presents the ‘feel’ of the KOCHAM WINO programme.
